At Hamills, we keep shipping simple, affordable, and reliable—just how it should be.

📍 Flat Rate Shipping

We currently ship within New Zealand only, using flat-rate pricing for all orders:

  • North Island (Standard Delivery): $9.99

  • South Island (Standard Delivery): $12.99

  • All Rural Deliveries (Nationwide): $15.00

Note: Some heavy or oversized items may incur additional shipping charges. If this applies to your order, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm the total cost.

🚚 Delivery Partners

We work with reliable courier services including Courier Post, Post Haste, and Aramex, depending on your location and the size of your parcel.

⏱️ Dispatch & Delivery Timeframes

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • If there are any delays or stock issues, we will contact you directly.

  • During peak periods (e.g. sales or public holidays), dispatch times may be extended slightly.
